Pyrotech has installed successfully real-time production monitoring data HZL (Zawar Mines). This is installed in crushed and milled Unit 2 and is being used to make every plant operator aware of the daily target and corresponding production being done.

There are two such units and the customer expects that the visual display of production parameters will promote healthy competition amongst the units.

Real-time data of production is taken from DCS and is displayed on an LED screen through TCP/IP Modbus communication protocol.

Pyrotech provides Industrial LED Display Boards for various applications segments such as:

  • Pollution control board for showing hazardous waste at the main gate as per government norms.
  • High Court display for showing case status.
  • At Entry and exit of the material gate for truck management at the parking system.
  • AAQMS system.
